The incident occurred today during FUTO’s 38th convocation ceremony.
Governor Uzodimma was delivering a lecture titled, “Nigerian Universities of Technology Must Lead in the Fourth Industrial Revolution or Jeopardize the Nation’s Future.”
During the presentation, the governor faltered repeatedly on a specific word in his manuscript.
