Labour Party is Not a Family Estate.
Benue Deserves Leaders Who Serve All, Not Just Their Household.

Some so-called elders have forgotten the meaning of leadership. Instead of guiding the party and mentoring the next generation, they have reduced politics to “family business”.

Every position that comes up = “Give it to my wife”
Every ticket available = “Reserve it for my daughter”

Sir, why must everything be about you and your household?

Labour Party is not a family estate. It is not an inheritance to be passed around a dining table. Labour Party belongs to the worker who sweats daily, the farmer in the village, the youth looking for opportunity, and the women of Benue who deserve a seat at the table based on merit, not surname.

I abolished the little respect I had when the demand came that your wife must be Deputy Governorship candidate of our great party, Labour Party. That is not service. That is selfishness. That is monopoly.

Leadership is about sacrifice, not acquisition. About opening doors for others, not locking everyone out except your family.

Thank God you have now left the party respectfully. Labour Party does not need leaders who want everything for themselves. We need leaders who are ready to give everything for Benue.

We wish you well in your future endeavors. But the movement must move forward.

Labour Party will move forward without that kind of politics.
Benue will be great again with leaders who serve all, not just their family.
